I waited a long time to choose a coach to work with. i don't part with my money easily. I really wanted someone who would dig deep and not give me boilerplate information. From the minute our 1 on 1 session started, I felt right at home with Justin! I could tell that he had really looked over my content and understood where I was coming from as a creator and as an individual. Before I stumbled upon Justin's videos, I had a lot of doubt about how I wanted to make content and what I wanted to share as an intuitive eating dietitian. My session with Justin was EXACTLY what I needed and then some. I think I resonated with the idea that I lived life freely and spontaneously when I was young and somewhere along the lines, I got rigid and structured to the point that I lost what I valued most in my life when I was younger. Enjoying the free flow of creative expression. What I love about your style is that you really listen and really dig. I can feel you not only being fully present, but fully invested in me. You show how much you actually care. I felt that the whole time we were together. I never had an issue with confidence. I’m not afraid to get on camera…. I don't want to undermine the work of my therapists, who laid the groundwork for my growth, but Justin took that foundation and built a whole f***g skyscraper upon it. While I had previously considered the concepts he presented in his course and even understood them intellectually, I had never truly felt their impact until now. Justin's honesty, conveyed through countless metaphors, hits you like an ice-cold bucket of water, forcing you to confront simple yet challenging truths: "Yes, you are capable!" "Yes, it's wonderful to embrace your true self!" "Yes, you can pursue what you truly want!" Engaging in conversations with Justin feels like compressing years of therapy into just two weeks. It's an intense, emotional, and sometimes painful journey, but it also offers a remarkable sense of safety and security. So, be prepared for a profound transformation that will push you to your limits and ultimately empower you.
